I enjoyed working with the amazing team at SaasyPOS on their SaaS video, “Demo for SaasyPOS”.
I was responsible for complete video production, handling everything from script, storyboard, illustration to animation and sound design. It was a fun and challenging project that let me experiment with styling, pacing, smooth transitions and try something new!
Design Overview
I knew I wanted the style to reflect SaasyPOS’s smart and easy-to-use product tone and feel clean, modern, and straightforward, while staying aligned with current motion trends in SaaS explainer videos.
After experimenting with color, layout, and animation flow, I went with a soft mint green and pale blue-gray palette paired with subtle gradients, smooth transitions, and light motion blur to add visual depth without clutter. I also used minimal UI illustrations and icon-based visuals to keep it engaging and intuitive — staying true to the product’s identity as a simple, powerful POS system for small businesses.
Animation Overview
I kept the animation style smooth and modern, focusing on UI transitions, layered depth, and clean timing. I used Adobe After Effects to build out the sequences and leaned into fluid easing, soft fades, and light bounce to keep the flow engaging.
